I was checking out the rainbows a few minutes ago and saw one of my turquoise with this florescent yellow running from his nose to his dorsal fin. I thought what in heck is THAT and then I saw two more just like it.

Searching the web, I had never seen a picture of a turquoise that looked like that but today I did.

This is so strange looking. That stripe can be orange, go to yellow or green. Pretty odd looking for sure.

I stole someone elses picture.

Indeed it is. Would be cool to have them breed for you. They are egg scatterers?

Easy to breed. I got the other fry by mistakes just by moving the java moss into another tank. A day or two later I had wee tiny fish all over the surface of the water. They breed in the moss in the morning and eat the eggs the rest of the day so need separated.
