Nice pictures again!

and just a suggestion, since all your picture threads are mainly on malawi's how about just posting in one thread instead of multiple threads?

He's talking of posting all your pictures to one thread, not post. I think it's fine just as it is.

5 Photos per Post, But as many posts per thread. I think so anyway.

Not silly questions knowing me i'll end up being wrong anyway, maybe try it?

Yeah Hobbs it's great like it is just thought it would be easier for Kim to make one big picture thread.

Nice pics!

If possible, can you post a complete side shot of the mystery fish?

Thanks for posting the side-shot. I like the orange-tipped dorsal spines.

Not exactly sure what species it is, but I can tell you it's not a mbuna species. Also, based on the rounded fin-tips and proportionately small pelvic fins, it's likely a female.

What size is your tank? N. venustus' get fairly large.

the venustus are only visiting -- they are currently in a 29 gallon but the end of this month will be moving to a very large 150 gal.
