HELP!!! small whiteworms on my tank?

hi every one
ive just gone in to my room to look at my oscars and noticed that when i terned the light on there were these small like i meen 3 milimeters in size and some longer and thiner on the glass
plz help me what are these things are they harmful to my fish.9376

nematode worms. You get them when you overfeed and/or don't vacuum the substrate often enough. They are harmless detritus eaters.
