Hi guys,

I'll be going to WV for a couple of days and it'll take about 5 hours to get there by car. I was wondering how I can take my betta fish along with me. Any advice?

Thanks in advance :thumb:

Well generally not such a good idea. Any reason you couldn't leave it at home?

I just thought it wouldn't be a good idea to leave him home for four days without food. Would he be ok for that long without having anything to eat?

Your betta would be fine going for 4 days without food. I think members have gone 2 weeks without feeding their fish while on vacation. 4 days will be fine.

4 days will be fine. No worries at all!

How about holiday food?

Four days will be fine.

Just make sure you give them their regular feedings just before you leave so they'll have something in their system.

They can go for a week without food.

Holiday food doesn't work very well and will mess up the water.

Nothing as good as a bit of diet to get slim again :ezpi_wink1:

I've found the holiday food never works the way they claim it will...
getting a neighbour to drop in and give them a feed was always the best way.
