What would be a cheap demasoni fry tank set up.
The better question is how do I catch these fry...I have an extensive rock formation that makes it virtually impossible to capture my regular fish.

Bare bottomed, decent sized tank with a sponge filter. Add a little plastic decor to reduce stress ... voila, fry tank.
As for getting them out ... have you tried syphoning them? Remove any obstructions from your gravel vaccum and just suck them up. They should be fine.
Just my two cents.

How long should I let the tank set up before adding them...should I cycle the tank...by that time they could be food. I only saw one before...now it seems as there are about...uh..30 or so.
