Custom Filter Cartridge

Does anyone know how to make a custom filter cartridge for an eclipse system 12 Tank???
I need opinions :)

I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for, but here's my custom filter that sits on top of my tank lid and is fed by the main external pump/filter.

Is your current filter system not working with what you have? Can you buy the replacement? If you need more filtering than what you have, you could add an interior filter or a sponge filter.

i ended up atually revamping an off brand power filter but i was able to make my own cartreges by buying just the fiberous bag from bio bags close to the size and putting my own mixture of a little carbon, and a couple ceramic tubes. maybe you can find some cartrige bags close to your sizw and disect your old filter for the plastic spine and what its made up of to help you figure out what you want in yours
