Here are some pics of my newly acquired tree frogs, the brown one is a clown tree frog and the green one is a tiger leg. They are becoming comfortable enough with there new home to actually be seen during the day.Even if all they are doing is sleeping!

It is made from a 20 gal high tank,I used egg crate for the false bottom a marineland mini jet pump for the water works,1/2" clear tubing for the plumbing. For the back round I used 1 can of great stuff expanding foam,a tube and a half of GE black silicon for the adhesion of the texturing material[coco earth, peat moss and dried beaked moss].Over the false bottom I used fine stainless steel mesh to keep the soil from the water.Over that I used expanded clay balls for moisture retention, then some loosely placed anti weed matting from the gardening dept to reduce 100% wicking into the soil. For soil I use coco husk bedding mixed with peat and beaked moss. For plants I used a bromelaid, creeping fig[front left and right corners, pilea cardieri[top left back in a falling fashion]rhodospatia,[thats what the tiger is setting on},tropical sheet moss[around the water course].There are 3 other plants in there that have no idea what they are but they are terrarium plants. For the time being I am using for lighting a 15 w hood light.I will b getting a Current 65W satellite fixture with moonlighting. For heat I will be using an exoterra under tank heater. The viv also has a small pool in it which is home to 2 ghost shrimp.

I used to keep green tree frogs and loved that I was able to make the male croak. It sounded like "DUCK DUCK DUCK"
