floating honwort

Is there a way of securing hornwort in certain areas floating but sort of draping down into the tank instead of just float into a cluster?

I am sort of looking for this look but was thinking if I can get more of it to drap into the mid level.

I guess you could plant it in th substrate, or maybe weigh it down a bit?

I have lead weights on mine and just leave it in the tank like that. I tried floating it but it got in my filter and made a mess of things.
