My mom recently gave me some brown button polyps. She has a large colony and they crew onto another rock so she gave them to me. They have a bright green mouth on them.

My Hairy Mushroom isn't really spreading but I hope it does.
[Only Registered Users Can See Links.]
I moved my tank around yesterday and my Gorgonia don't like it but I hope he will flare back out soon.
[Only Registered Users Can See Links.]
My superman mushrooms are moving all over the tank and spreading finally.

By far my favorite and most prized coral is my Lime Green Warty Collimorph. I can't wait for it to split so I have several. I don't know much about it but it is doing great in my tank.

My mom gave me a big cleaner clam and of course, I got the hitchhickers on it and it has aptasia on it so now I need to get some stuff to get rid of it or maybe it will be alright...

My starfish now stays out most of the time in the open.

I am just loaded with these tiny white feather dusters Any idea why or is it just cuz I got high quality liverock?
[Only Registered Users Can See Links.]
My pulsing Xenia has been going like mad lately so I guess my water quality is good
[Only Registered Users Can See Links.]
Squirt thinks he is hot stuff but you can't get a pic of him very well.
[Only Registered Users Can See Links.]
As always I have to throw in a pic of the warty

I have some dusters like that too, not as many as you. I think they are pretty awesome. They came in on my liverock and have had some fun in my tank. That gorgonia is awesome as is the starfish. Great tank!

That is just one spot where they are thick but I have several places with the feather dusters like that and I just don't know why I have so many. Since I first started planning my 10g nano I wanted that gorgonia so now I have it! If ya'll have any request for a pic of something I will go take it...

I think I am going to consider a cleanershrimp. I may have to buy it myself but I would like to have one in there to add movement and improve my fish's habitat.

Outstanding tank! I really like the deep sandbed. You've really got an excellent recreation of a lagoon floor. Great job.

They are a great addition. Mine don't move around very much, but it is very cool to watch them clean the fish. My anthias love being cleaned. The only complaint I have about them is they steel food from corals when I target feed. I usually have to guard the coral until it's done eating. It especially loves climbing all over my candy cane and poking it's mouth to get at the food.

I woke up this morning and one of my orange clawed hermits were dead. I guess another hermit decided to take advantage of him as he changed shells.

Whatever you're doing you need to keep it up. Your tank looks great and your inhabitants appear to be happy healthy and thriving. :thumb:

Lookin' good! How many lbs of rock overall do you have?
Kuli_Loach
06-25-2008, 08:32 PM
There is probably 15 lbs of actual LR in there and maybe 10 lbs of base rock in there. 25-30 total lbs in there of rock. I am NOT adding anymore.

Should be fine, there are cloudy days out on the reef!
Tank is looking great. It is going to look even better when your corraline kicks in and adds all that color to the tank.
Great job so far!
