lol, $50 is a good price, but i'm out of room!
i'm still kicking myself for the 300g that i found for $50 a few years ago, i should have bought it. it had a few scratches, but they would have been fixable
also at a garage sale today, i found a deluxe 33g with stand, AC110, heater, air pump, and a crapload of decorations for $55, but the guy looked desperate to get rid of it and probably would have went as low as $30, took alot to resist that tank

$50 isn't even enough money for the tank alone!!! If you have the space, don't kill yourself by resisting.

There's a yard sale in my town that has a 50 gallon for $400. What a great deal, huh? I laughed when I saw that ad.

lol, nothing beats when i found the 10g with puffer for $1000. when i called, the $1000 was actually correct, and the fish was a big green spotted puffer, which isnt even worth $30. she asked her boyfriend, and he said he would go down to $800 because the tank wasnt selling. unless the tank has a fluval FX5 canister, 4x400w MH lighting, and a 125g sump, i dont think noone was gonna buy it. lol

Why can't I find deals like that in my area?! Ridiculous! lol
All I got is a guy trying to trade his 7 year old. ripped up couch and chair in hopes of trading for a 20 gallon tank with a stand. lol

lol, apparently the guy with the 90g got tons of emails, and he meant to put the price as $600. He got fed up and put up a ad IT SHOULD READ $600, NOT $50!!!

A[Only Registered Users Can See Links.] I knew it was too good to be true... I bet the people who emailed the guy were torn when they saw him post that.
$600 is not bad though. That's normally enough for the 90g tank, light, glass canopies, canopy, and stand.

LOL......I can relate. The only used tank ad we called on in our local paper and went to see was a 30G maquerading as a 55G. Sheesh. It was also cracked, in a shed, outside.
The dude with the huge tank on that Edmonton page should have been made to sell it for the initial advertised price. Although, he's not a commercial body and I guess that ad website is probably pretty lax with it's regulations. I know that if stores mess up their adveretised pricing, they can be made to honor the misquoted price.
OK, back to planning my bowfront, LOL...........
