Stopped Growing?

i've had my albino Oscar Finn that is in my avatar for roughly 4 years now and he seems to have stopped growing at around 10 inches he eats fine, although due to have one eye isnt as quick to get the food as his companion devil.
Could he have developed a problem that has stopped him growing?

If he is eating then it may be nitrates and other water quality issues, these can stunt fish. Most likely he is just a smaller oscar and is now growing very slowly. Not all of any fish get to max size and most oscars are 10-12".
