Hi!

I am looking to start up an aquarium and in all my research the past week, I found this board!

I am still choosing between a 10 & 20 gallon tank, but am leaning towards a 10 to start with. In all my fish research, I have decided on a Betta. I think they are so pretty!

I had to keep myself from running out and buying a kit and a fish and let that be that..... and, I'm SO glad that I held off because I'm finding out so much stuff that I didn't know (like cycling the tank beforehand etc - who knew?!).

I did however, buy a small tank decoration to stare at and keep me happy while I continue my research a little longer - LOL

Anyway, hopefully in a few weeks time I will have a tank ready to go and a new fishy to take care of (my first by the way!).
