Jewel Cichlid and Spotted sailfin pleco????

Ive been told that matured jewel cichlids are very aggressive and can only really be kept with their own kind, will my spotted sailfin pleco be ok with them or should i move him out??

he's about 9cm ish

Take the pleco out then or the nipping will soon start and leave the pleco with sliced fins!

id suggest the same thing..........sliced fins will cause you more problems

I've had mixed results with jewels. Sometimes they work out just fine with others, as long as each has their area. Other times they just want to kill everything in the tank. Part of the joy of keeping cichlids.
