Commodore 64

It's been hot here in northeast Ohio. We don't have central air, and my 55g was up to 84 degrees yesterday.
I found an amano shrimp, dead on the bottom this morning. Could just be old age, not sure what the life span on these shrimp is, and he was pretty big for an Amano, as far as I can tell. Other tank inhabitants seem OK. I did a full battery of water tesrs with my Red Sea "Fresh Lab Deluxe" kit. It doesn't have a nitrate test, but here are my numbers:
Temp: 82
pH: 7.3
NH4/NH3: 0
Nitrite: 0.5
GH: 11 degrees, Medium Hard
KH: 3 degrees, very Soft
CO2: 6ppm
Fe: 0 ppm (seems odd to me, with all my rocks, a couple of which are igneous, and a couple sandstones with obvious iron-staining, and a big chunk of banded iron formation)
Any opinions?
The Tank Contains:
6 Mollies
2 Cory Cats
2 Clown Loaches
1 Chinese Algae eater
10 Nerite Snails
1 Apple Snail
3 Singapore Wood Shrimp/Bamboo Shrimp
~35 Cherry Shrimp
3 Bumblebee Shrimp
2 Amano Shrimp
~5 other tiny shrimp (emerald, rudolph,)
A little bit of Java Moss
A couple Elodea stalks
40w of Lighting
