thank you so much for such a quick answer!
So ...these are the fissh in my tank:
2 gold fish(1 oranda and 1 moor)
2 corydoras catfish
1 labeo bicolor
1 pangasius
4 guppy(2 adult and 2 babies)
1 ancistrus
2 apple snails
unfortunatelly i don't know the water param.every 2 weeks i do partial water change and a graves siphon.
i don't think the moor was stressed before except a few weeks ago the guppies started to chip on its back leaving a very small part of the skin without the black mucus but that healed quick and never hapened before today.

ok, first of all you are very overstocked, your oranda and black moor would need the 54 litres on there own,you have a pangasius which i would advise as soon as possible take to a lfs as these grow at a fast paced rate and will eat your guppies and snails and also possibly the corys, and your labeo bicolour will also get very large and aggresive so that may also be a good idea to take back to lfs,i would really advise to stick to one either coldwater or tropical........youve a bad combination in youre tank which does need sorting ASAP,

It does not appear you have fully thought this through. Thats the short response. The longer and possibly more helpful response would be to read about everyone of the fish/snails you have obtained, and find out what parameters your fish prefer/thrive in. You also should consider a test kit which you will use on a regular basis. Simply changing water will pass, but its not taking the best care of your "pets". This website has pretty much all the information your going to need, but it will involve you doing the research. The people here are VERY helpful, but ultimately your the one going to be doing the fishkeeping. Good luck to you and your fish.

She is new to keeping fish. New people do not generally think this thru and she has made the same mistake many of us make when starting out.
Adina.......gold fish get big and need a large tank. They are also cold water fish and require different temps than the others which is the reason you see them not mixed with other fish in the stores.
Check out the compatiblity charts before buying in the future and this will be of great help in your decisions. Also, make sure you have a test kit to check for ammonia, nitrites and nitrates and you'll do fine.

I understand, that still does not change the fact you are now in possession of living beings. While I was to the point, I do not think I was inappropriate or overly aggressive in stating my thoughts. Hope you dont think I was.

you have come to the right place to learn and research!! We all made mistakes in the beginning and alot of us still make mistakes -- as long as we learn from them!!
Good Luck adina and keep asking questions and keep researching.

one thing to learn is before you start a hobby some good reaserch is needed first.........eg decide coldwater or tropical the difference being coldwater dont need a heater and tropical need a heater you cant keep both together........some tropical are aggressive some are docile, grow big/large,some need to be on there own or in groups as do some cold, please research your fish before you buy,:smad:

Well, your just insulting for the sake of insulting. The least you could do is be constructive and offer realistic advice.

Adina,
I would return the corydoras too. They do better in groups of 6 and the tank is already very stocked, even after you return the pangasius and the guppies. The goldfish by themselves already fully stock it and they will outgrow it relatively soon. But first things first :)
After you return the fish I would do a 50% water change (make sure you match temperature and you use water conditioner as needed) and do a bit of siphoning of the substrate (don't go crazy and ruin the biological filter). In clean water conditions, especially with the reduced stress, fish can grow back fins and recover from injuries incredibly fast and it does not sound like there was permanent damage.

I find your posts most offensive. We are talking to a new member here who has come here for advice...... not to be ridiculed. If she didn't care about her fish she wouldn't be asking for advice. I'm sure you messed up a time or two yourself. Lighten up!!
Adina......Please excuse this behavior. It is not what we do here in this forum and it will not happen again.
