My Dwarf Gourami is acting funny this morning he was laying on the botton of the tank he doesnt want to eat and he see like he bloated. the other fish are fine

my ammonia is 0 and my ph is 7.6 like always

What are your nitrates and nitrite levels? If you dont have a test kit you should buy one immediately, its essential and also without water parameters we wont be able to answer many questions accurately.

So, we need water parameters for nitrIte and nitrAte, ammonia. We also need to know what kind of filtration you have and what is your water changing/tank cleaning schedule?

how old is the fish? maybe its his time, or hes sick. does he look normal? if you have a quarantine tank now would be a time to use it.
