if you can, try getting the fry a breeder box or move the fry to a different tank

Most cichlids are good parents and likely won't eat their fry. There are the occaisonal exceptions. I'm not sure what they will do if you have already removed them and then put them back. I would try it though and if they eat their fry....then likely, they will spawn again. If and when they do, I would just leave them and let them take care of the fry.

yep, most cichlids take care of the fry, they might eat the fry the first 1-3 times but after that, they will get the hang of it

even a small and bare tank will be ok for the fry ( just heater, sponge filter and airstone ) you can move the fry to it and put the parents back to their tank.

and when their yolk sac is consumed, you should start feeding the fry. fry foods from the fish store or finely crushed fish foods or newly hatched brine shrimp and etc.

and lots of water changes is needed.
