Currently, I have Danios, a Guppy, Corys, Otos, and a dwarf gourami.

I have Omega One Fish formula flakes and Hikari FD Bloodworms as well as Hikari Algae sinking wafers.

I feed the flakes twice a day and on weekend 3 small meals. On Occasion, maybe one meal every 2-3 days I sub in Bloodworms. As far as the wafers, I put one in every 3-4 days and it seems my corys and otos seem to enjoy them.

Should I change things up? Maybe get a new food to also sub in?

Blood worms are a treat and not a meal. You should give them a few worms maybe twice a week after they have already eaten.

The wafers should be fine, but the only time I feed bloodworms is when Im enticing a fish to breed.
