Two new forums

I have added two new forums today.

One rainbowfish forum that can be found under other fish. (i have also rearranged the forums in this section to place the "other forum" last

The other forum is a general pet forum where you can talk about other pets than fish like dogs, cats and birds. It is located near the bottom of the main page.

Eels could go under Predatory fish or other fish. Not many people really keep them.
