I can't seem to use points in the shop help needed plz?

Hi all,
I was wondering why i can't use some of my points in the shop yet? I have tryed to, but it keeps coming up with a message saying not enough points, but what i am trying to buy is 400 and i have more than that.
Can anyone explain to my why?

Remember that there is a tax applied to all sales, so it may be that you don't have enough points.

are your points in the bank?? if so you need to get them out and then you can use them. It took me awhile to figure this one out - -

Hi,
I have taken the points out of the bank now coz i have just read that the bank don't work anyway so no point having them in there eh lol.
