Ok I have rec'd my order of NLS for cichlids. I have begun feeding them the new food today. I will feed them this exclusively to see if I see a difference!! I will keep you all posted on the progress of my trial!! Thanks to all who helped me so far!! :19:

Very eager to hear if you see any noticeable differences. Most folks will tell you to stick with it for at least a month.

Either way it is an outstanding food.

I will feed for at least month and see how they all look then!! I think I will take a photo or two and then compare!! LOL

Pictures are a great idea. Take some today, try to get good side shots so you can see coloration. Then take some in a month and post!

I will do that -- probably tomorrow -- batteries dead in the camera!! I will say tho, that they had NO problem eating it -- they went right for it!!! LOL

Also not ethe behvior now and then, just to see if its different. My rams became much more active after starting nls.

Let us know how it goes by the one month mark, but depending on what their last diet was you may need longer to see major differences. Note the irridescence to their whole body. In Africans I also tend to notice more/brighter spots on their fins and gill plates.

I was a bit worried that they wouldn't like it after spending the money!!! LOL they love it!! As soon as I open the cupboard my gang in both tanks all come out from where ever they were and are right there -- I swear they are wagging their fins LOL LOL
