This guy is handfeeding his fish, and a few even let him pet them. Such beautiful fish including an awesome lionfish.

I think lionfish are venomous. Maybe that's why the guy took his hand out when it came swimming up. It looks like he tried to touch it's face right at the end, but that's pretty brave. I read that their sting is similar to a bee sting, but that's still not something I would attempt.
