Question regarding cherry shrimp tank

If a tank only has shrimp in it and they dont produce much waste, how do you keep their tank cycled? Is it just frequent water changes to avoid buildup? Im questioning if the shrimp put out enough ammonia to keep a cycle going. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I dont intend to add any other fish unless its recommended. Thank you

they'll maintain the cycle , some bacteria may die off to a level that equal to the waste.

bacteria level will go up or down with the ammonia production. It won't totally die off unless there is no ammonia being produced
