Tahitian Moon Sand for Goldies?

I found someone selling a bag for cheap, and I was wanting a black sand for the 65gal (gonna be fancy Goldfish). But now I read that it is pretty abrasive. Is this a huge concern? I know the Goldies like to sift through the substrate to find food. Am I better off with Black Flourite Sand or something?

I have tahitian moon sand in my assorted malawi tank and they all sift through it with no problems.
