I have a package of Hakari frozen brine shrimp that comes in individual cubes of about 20 or so. I feed 1 about twice a week as a treat for my fish, well yesterday I fed one cube to my fish and left the others out on the counter for around 3 hr., when I got home I refroze them, Will they be O.K. to use again or should I throw them away? THANKS.

I would throw them away. Not worth taking the chance for $3.00 pakcage of frozen shrimp.
Lets say you left raw shrimp on the counter for three hours and it thawed out, would you re-freeze it and eat it yourself. I know i wouldnt.
Frozen fish foods are alot like poeple foods and shouldn't be re-frozen, fish may be ok even if you feed it to them but would you want to take the risk, then you would have to clean your tank, and could lose fish.
I would toss it.
