would snails survive

would baby mystery snails survive 6 days in the mail or should i be sending them priority mail? please some one help me decide how to ship these guys safely

Not so confident that they'd make it 6 days. Best to overnight them.

if the weather was right and they were well packed they would have no problem going 6 days but banking on optimal conditions isn't a good idea. priority overnight for snails, express overnight for fish IMO

Snails are fine w/priority mail, no worries as long as they don't freeze or get left out in the summer sun for hours after delivery.

i'd be worried about ammonia buildup

They don't need to be shipped in water. A wet paper towel or some live plants is all that's necessary. As long as they're wet they can breathe.

I shipped with the paper towel considering u shipped my snails with moss and my fish ate it all gone :( i was trying to grow it a little i put a little water in and a wet paper towel so minderella and turkey should unfold carefully some of those guys are this little. lol

Yes they should be here tomorrow. My family is so tired of hearing about my snails coming, I cant stop talking about them. I am so excited.

Well i just got mine today, so its been 5 days i believe, i honestly had my doubts about their survival but i checked and every snail is alive and looks fine, active in fact as soon i added some tank water to their bag, everyone of them were out of their shells and moving.
