beta tumor?

Hi I'm new to this board but. I've taken care of fish for a long time. Mom taken care of them much longer.

Our beta had this large white bump on its side for months, And it hasn't affected the other fish (thankfully) and I was told it only affects betas. I think it might be cauliflower but I'm not sure. Can you guys help me?

so is it cauliflower or is it something else?
