I don't think you can get NLS in stores (at least around me). You have to order over the internet.

I couldn't find any in any of the stores around here today -- I think I visited at least 5.

It exists in stores, but few and far between. If you find a store close to you, try asking them to order it for you that way its there when you need it next. Most will try to help.
