Is this heater too big?

will this heater be okay in a 1.5 gal betta tank? prob not i think it seems too big. I'll test it in there tonight for a couple hours, or maybe tomorrow. theres no fish in it yet, i'm just setting it up. http://www.fish.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=710504

100 watts for 1.5 gallons is too much grunt, in my opinion.

yep, its too much, i would go 25w heater max
