Box with red x

I have a box with a red x saying (none) just below my signature (Litespeed), what does that mean?

I don't see it, I know there was an issue with the gender pics,

its because you dont have a gender chosen

Yep if you want to disclose your gender and get a little symbol, go to User CP then Edit Profile and about halfway down you can choose your gender.
