sick dwarf frog

Tonight I noticed that my dwarf frog was laying on his back, he appeared to be dead but when I moved him he started swimming around. he looks very thin and he keeps moving on his back. does anyone know what is wrong with him?

what have you been feeding him? I hate to be the bearer of bad news but i just lost my 2.... I am not sure why but they where on there backs the day before with almost no will to flip over :( sorry good luck;)
