How big is the tank and how long has it been established? By rose do you mean rose bubble tip? If so I have one and they grow and multiply fast and are a little pricey.

Even with a tank being well established could a rose anemone survive under PC lighting? I was under the impression that they need serious light, pretty much MH or forget about it? There were some at the LFS today however and they were pretty. They are kind of pricey though.

i would say no, generally almost all anemones need higher lighting, i would say 6wpg minimum

Yea Anemones need really high lighting. I luck out with 5 WPG because I also use natural sunlight.
