recently had a fish tank
and my black moor wont eat anything!!!
I've tried pellets (that float) and fish flakes.......i'm worried....its been 2 days now!!!

Did you just set it up? Did you cycle the tank, or just add the fish right away? He might be stressed from the ammonia buil up. Do a water change.

that could be it....although the dorsal fin etc is up which means he's happy.....:S

I would do a water change and see if it helps. Look into cycling. Its nescesary for new tanks.

If you just added it to the tank, it is not unusual for a fish to not eat for a few days until it's stress level subsides and it becomes more familiar with the new surroundings. Also, some of my fish will not readily eat floating pellet foods, especially if they haven't been fed it before. I have better luck with sinking pellets.

good suggestion........try some sinking pellets and let your fish settle in
