Hello everyone, I am planning on starting a 55 Gallon freshwater aquarium and I have a few questions.

I plan on using a 55 gallon Uniquarium in which I will house one Frogmouth catfish and maybe some misc. smaller (and expendable :c1: ) dither fish.

My questions are as follows:

Has anyone had any experiences with either a Uniquarium OR a Frogmouth cat? I have researched the Frogmouth catfish extensively but there appears to be very few people that keep them. As with the Uniquarium, I am just wondering if it would be best to go that route because it looks like a quality product, or just buy a regular acrylic and outfit it myself.

I used to keep several freshwater aquariums a LONG time ago but have recently decided to pick the hobbie back up.So if I have a few silly questions bear with me!

Any and all opinions will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome. I am not familiar with a Uniquarium. Sorry but I am sure someone here does.

Thanks for the replies, I did a little looking around the forum and found a thread about Frogmouth cats (chaca chacas) in the predatory catfish section.(oops) I should have looked there.

For the Uniquarium, I took the plunge and ordered it.I just can't wait to get my new setup going.May 23rd Delivery!
