Yep try all the local ads... Is there a local aquarium forum where you are? It will take a while of looking to find one real cheap but they do come around.

check craigslist for your area, always deal locally (no shipping, cash only) tons of aquarium stuff on there. (Make sure it gets guardian approval!)

Can you pick up from Western Australia?
Is an "enourmous" favour even bigger than an "enormous" one?

if theres auctions by you, check those too, even non-specific fish ones. from a non-fish estate auction, i got a 33g with stand, heater, rocks, gravel, air pump, light, aquaclear 110, and a bunch of other stuff for $40

i typed in fort worth texas craigslist, and it transferred me to dallas texas so they must be close
i found this, a guy is willing to barter a 125g if someone will get his dog vet care. i guess the dog only needs $125 of surgery so sounds like he will sell the tank for $125.

Check Walmart... they have a 55 for $150. It's not the greatest tank setup... but good enough to get you going for a long time with no issues.
Other than that... craigslist.... craigslist... craigslist or local wanted ads newspapers etc. Look locally... because shipping will defeat the purpose of trying to save money.
cichlid guy is a cichlid kid. LOL Way to step-up to the plate and find a better home for your fishies!
