Air pump in an Eclipse 12?

Just started a tank (beginner). I have started to cycle with 3 serpea tetras.
Should I have an air pump in there?

i would, serpae tetras arent good cycling fish, so the oxygen will help them get through the ammonia

It definitely would be a good idea, but it also is not 100% necessary.

most air pumps are good, but usually you get what you pay for when it comes to air pumps, $5 ones are usually noisy and rattle alot, $30 ones are usually quieter

I have an eclipse 12 and I use a rena pump. Can't hear a thing. I'd definitely recommend it and it's not a real expensive one.
