betta with catfish or frog?

Good afternoon,

In my office, I have a 1 gallon tank with a betta. I don't have a filter but I change the water and clean the tank every 7-10 days.

I would like to know if I could add a small cory cat or small dwarf frog without screwing up the water's oxygenation (sp?). If I add something like that, would I need to add some sort of airation or filter?

There is only room for your betta in there. Anything else would be overcrowding.

If your betta is willing to have tankmates (IF), you would need to get a bigger tank like maybe a 5 gallon.

Agree with Glasstapper but think it also needs the water changed more often since there is no filtration.
