Any chance that I can have Otos and Shrimp strolling the bottom of the my tank?

I also heard that shrimp, technically, don't count towards the bio load. Is this true?

They clean more than they waste? Kind of like eating celery?

That is the general consensus, I have hundreds in a 10g and they don't produce enough waste to promote plant growth
