I want a red devil in the 55gal and a jaguar in the 90gal. Could anyone list any possible tankmates for them?

I'd probably keep the red devil by himself in the 55. They can get really aggressive. The jag, I'm not so sure...somebody else will probably know.

jags get pretty big, a 90g itself is pushing the limits for how big they get, i usually say 125g for a jag

as for the RD, theyre aggressive. in my 90g my 10" RD is calm until someone bumps him or just looks at him wrong, then he gets cranky. he ate my green terror for no reason too

a 55 may be a little small for that red devil (once it is full grown). they can grow to be pretty large as well. i wouldnt really recommend tankmates with either of them...they can both be pretty territorial and aggressive. my female jag was doing great with tankmates, but exploded on everyone last week (i think she is officially a mature lady). a 90 will last a jag quite a long time, but if it turns out to be a male i think a 125 sounds better. a female will be fine in a 90 for life.

I have an oscar, jaguar, brasiliensis and very large pleco in the one tank - they are ok on occassion but i think they've outgrown my 4 footer. The jag gets her monthly grumps on and attacks the others so I've had to split the tank until I can get a 6 footer. I bought the oscar, jaguar up together from very tiny - but it's a huge risk when they're bigger. Even after 2.5 yrs together there's still fights. I have heard of stories where they're much happier together in much larger tanks.

GOOD LUCK

Be aware how aggressive the jag is though, mine even tries to bite me every now and then.
