It probably isnt i know but just wondered.
Honestly the first person to make a clay that you can use at home with the oven and is safe to put in aquariums is going to make a mint.

I know epoxy in general is great for coating pipes that need to be under water, most of the pipes that bring water to your home are treated with epoxy, so i would imagine it would be safe.

Must be safe, as it actually corrodes your plastic, both of the pieces that need to be attached and then they mix up, so its more like a seamless connection. But make sure you give it atleast 30 minutes to dry up and maybe a rinse after that. I have used it on my CO2 diffuser. Also ensure you use a very thin layer. These are better with thinner layers and get you a perfect fit and also very quick drying. You can notice that if you use a lot of it, it will take forever to dry up.
