The cheap one from a big German discounter named Aldi.
"Friscodent" cleans the same way as the expensive stuff does.

arkie half the products are the same ones as in normal super markets
just abit of a hit and miss with what you get there since they always have differant stuff

thanx future. im mainly going there for my catfood... we have 13 cats and the weekly food bill comes in at $60, i am sharing the cost with my mum but i still think that $30 a week is a bit steep lol. i mean i could be buying more fish :18:

I use Paradontax - natural with salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, sage, Chamomile, Myrrh, Echinacea Purpurea Juice

The natural kind from the health food section at the supermarket. It doesn't contain the foaming agent which can cause cancer. Can't remember the name of it tho.
Oh and it's not tested on animals.

Crest Cavity Protection, cool mint gel.
I've tried a LOT of toothpastes and it is by far the best. I can tell by the end of the day with the others that my teeth are feeling dirty/fuzzy but not with this tooth paste.
And i hate the ones that feel like your mouth is on fire when you rinse it's so powerful. This one is nice and easy on the mouth.
