Live Rock Auction ([Only Registered Users Can See Links.])

I'm not used to seeing live rock bare like this (like a stated before, I've only known one person to have a salt water tank0, can anyone tell and if it is Fiji. The three top left pieces look like the Fiji I've seen in books, having that darker purple and green mixed in, but the other ones I'm not sure.

It's 35 ponds and I can pick it up saving a lot on money.

Looks like base rock that has been sitting at the bottom of a stack of LR for a while to me.

That's what I was thinking. Because it was in a 60 gallon. I'm guessing the good half he sold with what over was on them. Then this is left from what was "cherry picked".

just be careful, he said that he will ship it in wet newspaper, there will be a ton of die off on the rock

It's only 45 minutes away from me. I'd more than likely pick it up. I have enough tubs to keep it submerged.

Well, of course when buying LR used there are some risks. If it had been in tap water for a long time, it will likely be holding in a ton of copper and other things that may kill your corals, and of course if you ship it there will be die off.
It doesn't look like top quality stuff but if you save some money and you can pick-up, why not?
