Hello.
My sister has a tank with two turtles in it. At the moment there are also feeder fish and one small catfish as well.
Water temp is 25 degrees (c)
What would make a good tank mate for the turtles?

other turtles. they will eat anything smaller then them. probably better off with just the two turtles. if you want the feeders to be turtle food leave them in there but do you know what type of catfish it is?

Assume that whatever goes in there is food. However, there are some options that have better chances than others, especially if the tank is setup properly. Crayfish can clean the tank until they are eventually eaten. Fast fish like cichlids, danios, and large pond goldfish can last a while in some turtle tanks. It also helps if the turtles are not fed live food and grow up with fish in the tank (which is why my snapper never touched a single goldfish or turtle).
What size tank?
What kind of turtles?
How big are they?
What filtration?
What water change schedule?
