Blue Midget/Gold Crescent

does anybody have any information on Blue Midget Shrimp or Gold Crescent Shrimp?? They just caught my interest but I cannot find any info on them so I'm assuming they are rare. I also posted this in the beginner freshwater forum.. still pretty new and didn't see this one.
