freshwater aquarium shrimp

does anybody have any information on Blue Midget Shrimp or Gold Crescent Shrimp?? They just caught my interest but I cannot find any info on them so I'm assuming they are rare

I'm far from a shrimp expert and you're right, there doesn't seem to be much info about these two particular types. I know they're both algae eating shrimp (but low to moderate in algae consumption as opposed to the Amano Shrimp which is a moderate to high consumer of algae). They are more colorful than the Amano which is the trade off. The Blue Midget can get up to 3/4 inch long and the Gold Crescent can get up to 1/2 inch.
