something where you can diagnose what disease your fish has.

Yes. You enter the syptoms the fish the fish have and it gives you suggestions on what might be wrong and where to find more info. Might not as good as a person but could help you narrow it down.

yep, some meds give you a chart to help narrow it down, i remember maracyn threw a chart with their meds that said stuff like

"does the fish appear to have white spots?"

"if yes, follow chart to the left, if no, follow other symptons"
