Okay snails don't really bother me that much but i need them for my puffer i would like to get them out of my tank to transfer them into the puffers tank if i put a peice of lettuce in there would they come out? i know there are a bunch i just can't find em all it's little pest snails not my expensive mystery snails

Put the lettuce inside a mason jar and then you can just pickup the mason jar and scoop them out and throw them in the puffer tank...

Just put a piece of cucumber into the tank, and you can get about 70 % of the snails out of it. Especially Ramshorns love that stuff.

They really love spirulina tabs, they will sit in one place, you just have to get them out.

agree with all above posts... yuo can even use wafers and attach a string to it and pull them up but cucumber seems to be the easiest and less messy

Too bad you aren't closer to me....I'd let you come pick all the little snails out of my 55 gal you wanted!!! LOL

Thats the way it looks with cucumber. But I am just feeding those Rams, not trying to get them out:hmm3grin2orange:

Yes @ Turkey. I really cant remember the name, either Chrystal red, or red Cherry (or is it 2 names for the same animal??)

Buts its a very easy to keep and hardy and very neat animal.
