Yup that's what it is. Had it in my tank. The stuff grew like a weed in my tank. A little piece would break off and form a whole new plant.

how do you grow it? I got a patch and something in my tank must be nibbling on it and pulling it apart, by morning it became disintegrated and floating on top. I suspect it's the angel fish. The java moss was left alone.

Usually you use a meshed material to hold in to rocks to hold it down. Anything that rumages around in it will break off pieces of it. Riccia usually does best in a tank with plenty of light, nutrients, and generally CO2 is recommended. It is a great plant and one that is easy to get to pearl. Out of all the plants I had in my tank, the Riccia was the one that would pearl. It is a fast grower and thus a nutrient hog. If you don't want a ton of new little Riccia plants growing I'd suggest skimming the surface with a net.
