bright red bubble

i dont have my camera here, but on the live rock that has my galaxia coral on it, theres a bright red bubble, kinda like those green bubbles from bubble algae. i noticed the red bubble when i bought the coral, is it harmful at all?

yep, that looks like it, couldnt figure out if it was bubble algae nor not!
