Shrimp and plants

I'm looking to add some taller background plants to my 10 gallon and I wanted to know if there are certain plants that might be in danger from my amano shrimp.

I was given the following plant suggestions in an earlier plant thread, but I forgot to ask if my shrimp will eat any of them. Anacharis, Cabomba, Spiralis and Val. Americana.

The amano will not eat the plants. They will eat the algae off the plants but won't harm them...
